Lifting & Spreader Beams
Lifting beams can be supplied in standard lengths, or can be custom made for your for specific application. Lifting beams are compact and have low headroom dimensions where space is limited. Spreader beams have chains or wire rope between the top attachment and the beam to give improved balance and load distribution.
Plate Clamps
Universal clamps for lifting plate or angled steel sections, ideal for construction or fabrication work. Girder clamps for heavy steel industry use, allows heavy beams to be safely handled and turned through 90º with the web or flange in a vertical plane. Horizontal clamps are available as twin-cam, swivel toe, sheet bundle, etc. F4le lifting clamps specially designed for pitching steel piling. Attachment is simple and a quick release facility exists, operated by a rope from ground level.
Shackles
Dee and Bow shackle are often the vital link used for lifting, pulling and securing attachments throughout every type of industry. Both high tensile steel and high load alloy shackles are normally supplied with screwed eye pins. Alternatively hexagon heads with nuts, square heads or countersunk are also available.
Eyebolts
Collar, dynamo or DIN580 eye bolts are available for many different uses. A range of capacities are available up to 10t. Collar eye bolts are suitable for angled lifts, recommended not to exceed 45º from vertical. Capacities are up to 25t. Eye nuts and bow nuts are also available in a number of sizes and capacities. Rigging and Straining Screws
Also known as turnbuckles, available with eye, hook, yoke or thimble termination, or a combination to suit a particular application. Used for tensioning and straining guys, lashings, rigging, fencing, etc.
Chain Slings
Grade 8 to 12 alloy chain combined with hooks, rings and other lifting components give a comprehensive range of sling options. Each chain sling is assembled to suit individual requirements. Single, two, three and four leg sling configurations are popular but specials can also be supplied. Round Slings
High tenacity polyester fibre round slings are exceptionally lightweight and provide extremely high tensile strength. Growing in popularity, round slings have gained industry a flexible and versatile means of safe slinging. Round slings are colour coded with standard capacities ranging from 1,000kg to 12,000kg.
Flat Belt & Webbing Slings
Single ply, double ply and endless webbing slings offer the same flexibility as round slings, with the added advantage of spreading the load over a greater surface. Webbing widths vary from 25mm to 300mm with straight pull working loads between 500kg and 12,000kg.
Wire & Fibre Rope Slings
These materials provide a well proven method of slinging with a range of rope diameters and construction according to the lifting capacity required. A good selection of end fittings are available including soft or thimble eyes.
